I am a Senior Associate based in the South West of Western Australia, with a practice focused on litigation, dispute resolution and immigration law.

I act for individuals, families and businesses in commercial disputes, estate litigation and other contested matters. My approach is practical and strategic, with a focus on resolving disputes efficiently, protecting my clients’ interests and taking decisive action where court proceedings are required.

Immigration law is also a key part of my practice. Before returning home to the South West, I worked with a multinational immigration firm in Sydney. I now assist businesses and individuals with skilled migration, employer-sponsored visas, labour force solutions, partner visas and broader pathways to live and work in Australia.

The South West is a region built on agriculture, wineries, mining, tourism and growing local enterprise, all of which rely heavily on access to skilled people. I work with employers to navigate workforce shortages and bring skilled workers into Australia, while also assisting individuals and families with their longer-term migration pathways.

My broader commercial experience includes business and property transactions, corporate structuring, share sales, farm and mining leases and commercial agreements. This commercial background gives me a strong understanding of the industries, transactions and relationships that often sit behind both disputes and workforce needs.

I also continue to practise in family law, particularly in property and financial matters, while increasingly focusing my practice on litigation and immigration.
