I bring a varied professional background and a strong client-service mindset to my role at the firm, with experience across both corporate and small business settings.
Before moving into the legal industry, I worked as the primary client contact for an international agricultural company, where I managed high-level client relationships, prepared contracts, coordinated communications, and maintained ongoing client engagement. I also spent several years running my own beauty business, which sharpened my skills in communication, problem-solving, and handling sensitive or high-pressure situations with professionalism and care.
In my current role supporting the family law team and as Executive Assistant to the Director, I aim to provide steady, thoughtful support to both clients and colleagues. I’m naturally calm, motivated, and solutions-focused, and I take pride in being adaptable — particularly when working through complex or emotionally charged matters.
I understand the importance of confidentiality and trust in client relationships and always strive to create a sense of clarity and reassurance in my work.

I pride myself on listening to the client and assisting with their enquiry, ensuring that the relevant information is passed onto our team so their needs are fully met.
Growing up on the south coast in a small community, I have worked in a lot of different industries. The common thread in all has been a strong customer service focus, being an effective listener has ensured that I have always provided the best service to all clients. I have worked in Real Estate, Settlements and a small local law firm prior to joining Slee Anderson and Pidgeon in (August/September) 2023. This has enabled me to have a broader view of the transaction and the information that is needed from the client to assist them with their matter.
I ask questions of the client to ensure we have the full picture and will give them the confidence in our process of onboarding their matter. This can involve simply explaining the process of the matter or explaining how they can assist, by providing us with accurate information to ensure they are receiving the best service.
Having confidence in the professional you have engaged is important and this can make a quite stressful time a little easier if the responsibility is lifted from people that are personally involved.

I am meticulous and thorough in my approach to all tasks. Paired with my exceptional problem solving skills, nothing gets past me!
I provide administration support to our lawyers and clients, and assist our lawyers in ensuring efficiency in legal service delivery. I have a personal penchant for utilising technology to ensure that I am operating and supporting our team and clients in the most efficient way possible. In my opinion, efficiency always means better service delivery.
I have over 30 years experience, living and working in the South West, in various administration roles in legal, real estate and settlement agent industries. Technology, processes and requirements have changed a lot over my career. What has never changed, is my drive for delivering excellent client service. I look forward to working with you!

As a Legal Services Assistant at Slee Anderson & Pidgeon, I have been part of the legal industry since 2023, beginning my career as a receptionist before progressing into legal support. Throughout my journey, I have developed experience in legal administration and client service, working alongside experienced practitioners and supporting clients across a variety of matters.
Alongside my role at Slee Anderson & Pidgeon, I am studying a Bachelor of Laws, reflecting my commitment to continually developing my legal knowledge and building a long-term career in the legal profession. I was drawn to a career in law because I enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of a profession that has the opportunity to make a genuine difference in people’s lives. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is that I am constantly learning, and I enjoy applying the knowledge I gain through my studies to my work each day while continuing to grow as a legal professional.
I believe every client deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported from their very first interaction with our firm. I understand that engaging with the legal system can often feel unfamiliar or overwhelming, and I take pride in being approachable, organised, and providing compassionate, professional support throughout each client’s journey. Building strong relationships and creating a positive experience for our clients is something I genuinely value.
What motivates me most is the opportunity to make a positive difference in our clients’ experience. Whether I am assisting clients directly or supporting our legal team behind the scenes, I enjoy working collaboratively to help matters progress as smoothly as possible. I believe that even the smallest interactions can have a meaningful impact, and I strive to ensure every client feels welcomed, supported, and confident they are in capable hands.

My role is to set the scene for streamlined professional responses to our client’s legal needs through producing easily accessible and ever evolving precedents.
I operate in the background but do the important work of getting the details right in precedent construction applying code and styles. Well-presented precedents can take away time consuming obstacles when drafting, enabling efficient production of correspondence and documentation by our legal team.
I have studied for a number of years as a law clerk through UWA, although my LLB was not completed due to family commitments. During my studies I worked full-time at Slee Anderson & Pidgeon and have returned this year in a very different role. In between times, in other career paths, I have been the go-to person to fix all sorts of IT challenges from printers to implementing EMS conversions.
Slee Anderson & Pidgeon provides a great working environment with flexibility and support for employees such as myself, who appreciate the freedom to apply a strong work ethic and share ideas amongst a team of friendly and respected professionals. I love to help.
